Technical & security metadata (minimal):
We may receive your IP address, date/time, and user‑agent to prevent abuse, maintain security, and keep consent records.


Please do not share sensitive data
(e.g., health, political opinions, special categories under GDPR) in the free‑text message.

5. How long we keep your data (Retention)

We retain data only as long as needed for the stated purposes or to meet legal obligations.

Sample requests & related logistics data : 
Up to 24 months from last interaction (or longer if legally required)

Security & form logs (IP/user‑agent/timestamp) :
Up to 12 months


We may keep data longer where necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims, or to comply with applicable law.

6. Who processes your data (Recipients)

Access is limited to our team members who need it to handle your request. We also use trusted service providers (processors) for hosting, email delivery, and form/CRM operations. These providers only process data on our instructions.

  • Samples are subject to availability and product roadmap status.
  • We reserve the right to decline or limit sample requests at our discretion.
  • Where shipping is needed, we will request only the delivery details required to fulfil your request.
